Closing date for new clubs
THE league has issued a closing date for new clubs intending to apply to join the league for the 2006-07 season.
The league has received a number of official applications from clubs expressing an interest to join for next year.
And the league committee intends to interview all prospective clubs in a special meeting on Friday 26th May – prior to the league AGM at the North Briton in Aycliffe Village on Wednesday 7th June.
The deadline for all clubs wishing to apply to join is Wednesday 24th May. Applications must be received in writing from current club secretaries only. Contact details can be found in the 2005-06 Durham FA handbook.
