NEW SEASON SET TO KICK-OFF!
THE 2005-06 season is set to kick-off this Sunday!
Champions Thorns will play Middridge Bay Horse – formerly Horndale who finished third last season – in the first game of the league campaign this Sunday, while runners-up Hunwick travel to Penny Gill (Salvins) in this Sunday’s opener.
Newly-promoted Binchester Social Club – last season’s Division Two champions – entertain Lakeside, while Old Shildon are at Eldon Arms.
In Division Two, new boys Horndale Celtic will play fellow new-comers New Brancepeth, while Half Moon travel to Belvedere.
Croxdale are at hold to Quinns and George & Dragon (Cumby Arms) are at home to Victoria, while the Southern Club go to Green Tree.
