SNOW WRECKS FIXTURES

THE full fixture programme was victim to the downfall of snow last week as every game was postponed.
The league has had to re-arrange fixtures to accommodate urgent cup games, with all four finals due to be played by the end of April.
But they are still confident to complete most of the league programme by the end of next month
Secretary Mike Hill said: “Weather permitting, we should be able to complete the full programme in time and stage our League Cup Final after all league games have been played, which is always our aim.”
All finals will be played at Spennymoor United’s Brewery Field ground.
The Division Two Cup Final between Voltigeur and either Masons Arms or Masons United will be played on Friday 9th April.
The Division One Cup Final will be played between Old Shildon and Newton Aycliffe on Sunday 18th April.
The B&A Trophy Final will be played on Sunday 25th April. The semi-finals of that competition currently consist of: Old Shildon v Victoria/Hunwick, Thorns/Loves v Masons Arms.
Finally, the League Cup Final will be played on Sunday 2nd May. The semi-finals consist of Tudhoe United, Loves, Thorns and either Grand or Old Shildon.

League Cup QFs: Grand v Old Shildon.
Division One: Browney v Lakeside, Binchester SC v Green Tree, Postchaise v Tudhoe Utd, Newton Aycliffe v Salvins, Horndale v Beehive.
Division Two: Masons Utd v Voltigeur, Masons Arms v Eldon Arms, North Briton v Middlestone Moor, Boot & Shoe v Belvedere, Cumby Arms v Shildon Athletic.
